WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOI.UTION NO. 6~-4 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMEN~ NO. 6 TO SILVA'S PIPELINE, <br /> INCORPORATED, FOR CONSTRUCTION ON THE WEST PLEASANTON <br /> SEWER PROJECT, ASSESSMENT DISTR~CT NO. 67-1. <br /> <br /> The City Council did on May 6, 1968, by Resolution <br /> No. 68-82, award the contract for the construction of <br /> the West Pleasanton Sewer Project to Silva's Pipeline, <br /> Incorporated. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work and the Director of Public Works <br /> have recommended that Progress Payment No. 6, in the <br /> amount of $3,555.00, be paid to Silva's Pipeline, Incor- <br /> porated, for work completed in the West Pleasanton <br /> SeWer Project. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
