FALES, JR., <br />LEAGUE LOSER OF THE YEAR <br /> <br />NATIONAL FOOTBALL <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Pleasanton's City Manager is an avid football fan. <br /> <br />Said City Manager supports the National Football League <br />teams exclusively because he considers the American <br />Football League teams inferior. <br /> <br />The New York Jets, an American Football League team, <br />substantially defeated the Baltimore Colts, the pri~e <br />of the National League, and literally humiliated them <br /> <br />at the Super Bowl. <br /> <br />James M. Fales, Jr., <br /> <br /> Pleasanton, suffered severe mental <br /> <br /> by his team's mediocre performance <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br />City Manager of the City of <br /> <br /> anguish and despair <br /> <br />at the Super Bowl; <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton, a municipal <br />corporation, proclaims James M.
