HIRST, City Attorn <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />RE,~OL,UTION NO,.. 69-7__ <br /> <br />ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING AND ZONING APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />~HER~AS: Ordinance No. 494, adopting the fee schedule for plannin <br /> <br />and zoning applications and amending Ordinance 309 was <br /> <br />repealed with the repealing of Ordinance No. 309, the <br /> <br />former Zoning Ordinance, by the Adoption of Ordinance 520 <br /> <br />the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Ordinance No. 520, the present Zoning Ordinance, has <br /> <br />established a policy of the fee schedule for planning and <br /> <br />zoning applications being adopted by Resolution. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: A recommended fee schedule was approved by the City <br /> <br /> Council in the adopted 1968-69 City of Pleasanton Budget. <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Planning has recommended an up-to-date fe <br /> <br />schedule which is listed in his report, dated January 20 <br /> <br />1969. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
