COUNTY OF <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE~OLUTION <br /> <br />ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 2943, <br />STONERIDGE UNIT NO. i <br /> <br />WHEREAS'. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> The City Council did on February 28, 1968, by Resolution <br /> No. 28-28, approve the Final Subdivision Map f~r Tract <br /> No. 29q3, Stoneridge Unit No. 1. <br /> <br /> All necessary bonds have been posted and fees paid. <br /> The Director of Public Works recommends acceptance of <br /> the public improvements in said tract. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council hereby accepts the on-tract and off- <br /> tract public improvements in Tract No. 2943, Stoneridge <br /> Unit No. 1. <br /> <br /> 2.
