WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS'. <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-13 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. <br />PLEASANTON VALLEY, UNIT NO. ll <br /> <br />2940, <br /> <br /> The City Council did on August 21, 1967, by Resolution <br /> No. 67-143, approve the Final Subdivision Map for <br /> Tract 2940, Pleasanton Valley, Unit No. ll. <br /> <br /> All necessary bonds have been posted and fees paid. <br /> The Director of Public Works recommends acceptance of <br /> the public improvements in said tract. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council hereby accepts the on-tract and off- <br /> tract public improvements in Tract No. 2940, Pleasanton <br /> Valley, Unit No. ll. <br /> <br /> 2.
