CiTY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.69-15 <br /> <br /> FINDING OF NO MAJORITY PROTEST CONCERNING ANNEXATION ~57 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: By Resolution No. 68-221, the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> of Pleasanton did, following approval by the Local <br /> Agency Formation Commssion, set a time and date and place <br /> at which Annexation No. 57 to the City of Pleasanton <br /> would be considered and protests to said annexation <br /> heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said hearing was held pursuant to the terms of Resolutior <br /> No. 68-221, and oral and documentary evidence considered <br /> with respect to said annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: A majority protest to such annexation was not received. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> find that no majority protest has been made pursuant to <br /> Section 35313o2 .of the Government Code. <br /> <br /> 2.
