:CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> i?~OLUTION ~NO, 69-16 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION69-2 (LIMITING THE TERMS OF PLANNING <br />AND RECREATIQ~ AND PARKS COMMISSIONERS)~ TO INCLUDE THE <br />LIMITATION O~ TERMS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSIONERS <br />AND TO ALL SUBSEQUENT COMMISSIONERS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: By Resolution No. 69-2, adopted January l~, 1969, the <br /> City Council limited the number of terms that can be <br /> served by members of the Planning Commission and the <br /> Parks and~Recreation Commission to two full terms; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It appears desirable and in the public interest to also <br /> <br /> limit the number of terms which can be served by members <br /> of other commissions appointed by the City Council to two <br /> full terms; <br /> <br />MSW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
