WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-18 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 2952, <br /> VAL VISTA, UNIT NO. <br /> <br />The City Council did on October 30, 1967, by Resolution <br />No. 67-175, approve the Final Subdivision Map for Tract <br />No. 2952, Val Vista, unit No. 3. <br /> <br />All necessary bonds have been posted and fees paid. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works recommends acceptance of <br />the public improvements in said tract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The public improvements, on-tract and off-tract, for <br /> Tract Ne. 2952, Val Vista, Unit No. 3, are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
