Hi~ST, City Attorn <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 3 (FINAL), CASTLEWOOD <br />DRIVE WATER MAIN AND MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS, TO WEST <br />VALLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED, AND ACCEPTING <br />THE CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENgS <br /> <br />WHEREAS' <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton did on Octobem:. 21, 1968, by <br />Resolution No. 68-184, award the contract for the <br />Castlewood Drive Water Main and Miscellaneous Projects <br />to West Valley Construction Company, Incorporated. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works has recommended that <br />Progress Payment No. 3(Final), in the amount of $4,328.7~ <br />be paid to West Valley Construction Company, Incorporate~ <br />The Director of Public Works recommends the acceptance <br />by the City Council of the completed Castlewood Drive <br />Water Main Project and Miscellaneous Water Main Projects <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />1. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />AT~EST: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />The Director of Finance be authorized and directed to pa~ <br />West Valley Construction Company, Incorporated, Progress <br />Payment No. 3, being the final payment, the amount of <br />$4,328.75 for construction work done on the Castlewood <br />Drive Water Main and Miscellaneous Projects. <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby accept the construction <br />improvements of the Castlewood Drive Water Main and <br />Miscellaneous Projects. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby directed to file and record a <br />notice of completion on said project. <br /> <br /> BERNARD T.
