CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> ,STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />gHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NO W, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO~69-30 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 4, PLEASANTON MAIN <br /> FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION, TO WESTERN EMPIRE <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br /> <br /> The City Council did, by Resolution No. 68-169, dated <br /> September 30, 1968, award the contract for the remodel- <br /> ing and expansion of the Pleasanton Main Fire Station to <br /> Western Empire Construction Company. <br /> <br /> The Director of Public Works and the architect have <br /> recommended that Progress Payment No. 4, in the amount <br /> of $18,491.03, be paid to Western Empire Construction <br /> Company. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
