CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />R£~OLUTION NO~ <br /> <br />RE: TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF VEHICULAR EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: There has been proposed by the County of Alameda Civil <br /> <br /> Defense and Disaster Council an agreement providing for <br /> the temporary transfer of vehicular equipment between <br /> local agencies within the County of Alameda on the basis <br /> of need~therefor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It appears that such an agreement would be in the public <br /> interest in that it would tend to promote flexibility in <br /> the administration of the Civil Defense program within <br /> the County of Alameda and would make available on a <br /> temporary basis vehicular equipment to agencies in need; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The agreement is in proper legal form and clearly appear~ <br /> to effectively represent the intent of the parties con- <br /> cerned. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The agreement proposed by the County of Alameda Civil <br /> Defense and Disaster Council with respect to temporary <br /> transfer of vehicular equipment is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
