CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 5, TO WESTERN EMPIRE <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR ~CONSTRUCTION OF PLEASANTON <br />MAIN FIRE STATION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City Council did on SePtember 30, 1968, by Resolu- <br />tion No. 68-169, award the contract ~for the remodeling <br />and expansion of the Pleasanton Main Fire Station to <br />Western Empire Constr.uction Company. <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works and the Architect have <br />recommended that Progress Payment No. 5, in the amount <br />of $30,661.69, bepaid to Western Empire Construction <br />Company. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1.
