NOTICE OF COMPLETION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: In accordance with the provisions of Section 1102.1 of the.Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that the work of con- structing the improvements in Assessment District No. 1967-1, West Pleasanton Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, under contract with SILVA'S PIPELINE, INC., a corporation, has been completed. The work consisted of: The construction of a sanitary sewer main system to- gether with all appurtenant facilities, including manholes, side sewer, pump stations, tunneling and/or boring, casing, trenching, backfill, pavement replace- ment, siphons, and replacement of existing improvements within the construction area, together with be acquisi- tion of any and all necessary easements or other inter- ests in property, to serve the parcels of property shown on that certain map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries Of Assessment District 1967-1, West Pleasanton Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California," which map is on file with be City Clerk; and the purchase of capacity in said sanitary sewer main system, all as shown in the Amended Engineer's Report on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at such locations as are shown on said Amended Engineer's Report and in the plans and specifications. Said work was performed by SILVA'S PIPELINE, INC., a corporation, and was done pursuant to contract entered into with the City of Pleasanton on the 20th day of May, 1969.
