AND V. BUILDERS OF ADVERSE DECISION <br />ON PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br /> <br /> D. and V. Builders did submit, pursuant to Article 13, <br /> of Ordinance 520, a Preliminary Development Plan which <br /> was considered and denied by the Planning Commission; an¢ <br /> D. and V. Builders filed an appeal to the City Council <br /> from an adverse decision of the Planning Commission with <br /> respect to Preliminary Development Plan; and <br /> <br /> The City Council did, on March 24, 1969, consider eviden <br /> both oral and documentary with respect to the Preliminar <br /> <br /> Development Plan submitted by D. and V. Builders; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> l? That the appeal of D. and V. Builders from an adverse <br /> decision of the Planning Commission on its Preliminary <br /> Development Plan is hereby granted and said Preliminary <br /> Development Plan approved upon the express understandin <br /> however, that the homes eventually to be constructed <br /> pursuant to this Planned Unit Development be of a price <br /> range such as to be available to families with low or <br /> moderate income, specifically with incomes of from <br /> $6,000 to $10,000 per year, and upon the following condi- <br /> tions: <br /> <br /> (a) That the recommendation of the Park and Recreati~ <br /> Commission with respect to park dedication be adhered to <br /> by applicant. <br /> <br /> (b) T~at the Design Rewiew require~aents of Ordinance <br /> No. 520 be complied with. <br /> <br /> (C) The approval is ~subJect ~to~ specific subdivision <br /> des±gn approval bM the iPlanning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
