CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO- 69-96 <br /> <br />AWARDING CONTRACT ON ADAMS COURT EXTENSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Bids for the extension of Adams Court were solicited and <br /> have been received and examined bY the Department of <br /> Public Works and found to be in order. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Acceptance of the low bid by A. Teichert and Son, Inc~, <br /> of 103 North E Street, Stockton, California, appears <br /> appropriate and in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the bid submitted by A. Teichert and Son, Inc., for <br /> the extension of Adams Court be approved. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Director of Public Works be authorized and <br /> directed to proceed to have executed on behalf of the <br /> City of Pleasanton the contract with A.
