CITY OF PLEA~AN~N <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHerEAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO~ <br /> <br /> APPROVING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR DR. H. F. LONG <br /> It appears that approval of the assessment district <br /> applied for byl Dr. Howard F. Long, consistent with the <br /> considerations enunciated in ResolUtion No. 69-57, is <br /> in the public interlest; and <br /> <br />Said Resolution NO. 69-57, enuncing policy considerations <br />with respect to this and similarly situated applications <br />for such assessment districts, provides among other <br />things that the amount of the improvements covered by the <br />district shall not exceed 1/2 of the total appraised <br />value of the land within the proposed district. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Special Assessment District applied for by <br /> <br /> Dr, Howard F. Long be approved consistent with the poli- <br /> cies and principles enunciated in Resolution No. 69-57 <br /> and consistent with the procedural requirements of the <br /> Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Bond Act of <br /> 1915. <br /> <br />2, That the total amount of improvements installed pursuant <br /> to said assessment district ~shall not eXceed $260,000. <br /> <br />DATED; May 12, 1969 <br /> <br />BERNe%KD T~ GERTON~ MayOP- <br /> <br /> <br />
