RESOLUTION NO. 69-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP <br /> <br />map herein <br />'of Alameda <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, a map showing the <br /> proposed boundaries of Assessment District 1969-1, Longview, City <br /> of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that that certain map <br /> entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 19§9-1, Longview, <br /> City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, California," be and the same <br /> is hereby approved; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a ;ertified copy of said boundary <br /> approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of the County <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division 4.5 <br /> <br />of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> <br />the 12th day of May, 1969, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega~ R~id~ Spiliotopoulos <br />NOES: Councilmen None <br />ABSENT: Councilmen None <br /> <br />and Mayor Oerton <br /> <br />HELEN C.
