RESOLUTION .N0.'69-102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETE~{INATION TO UNDERTAKE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1969-1,'LONGV.IEW, <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> <br />Alameda County, California, as follows: . <br /> <br /> 1. Petition for the construction of improvements by special <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br />assessment proCeedings within the boundaries of the map designated, <br /> <br />"Proposed Boundaries of Assessment DistTict 1969-1, Longview, City of <br /> <br />is on file <br />is incor- <br /> <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, California," which said map <br />in the office of the City Clerk of the City o'f Pleasanton, <br /> <br />porated herein by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br /> <br /> 2. The Certificate of MAC KAY ~ SOMPS, Civil Engineers, <br /> <br />· dated the 12th day of May, 1969, certifying that the petition herein- <br /> <br />above referred to was signed by the owners of 100 per cent of the area <br />of the property described in said petition, that said property owners <br />have waived all proceedings under the Special Assessment Investigation, <br />Limitation and Majority Pretest Act of 1931, and have requested special <br />assessment proceedings for the improvements described in said petition, <br />is incorporated heiein by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br /> <br /> 3. It is hereby ordered and determined that the terms and <br />conditions of said petition heretofore incorporated herein be, and they <br />are hereby, accepted and the improvements shall be made in accordance <br />with the terms of said petition, and that the assessment district pro- <br />ceedings shall be instituted and carried through in accordance with <br />the terms of said petition. <br /> '4.
