RESOLUTION NO. 6~-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING I~AGE RATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> Alameda County, California, on the 12th day of May, 1969, adopted plans <br /> and specifications for the improvements to be made in Assessment <br /> District 1969-1, Longview, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he City Council o£ the <br /> City of Pleasanton that said City Council has determined and established <br /> the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type of craft <br /> of workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improve- <br /> ments in accordance with the schedule appended hereto and described, <br /> "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rates"; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Schedule of Per Diem Wage <br /> Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice Inviting Sealed <br /> Bids and all contract documents in connection with said work and im- <br /> provement hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resglution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by.the Czty Counczl of ~he Cxty of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, Calxfornxa, at a regular meetxng thereof, held on <br />the 12th day of May, 1969, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br /> Reid, Re~a, Spili.otopoulos and Ma2op Oerton <br /> <br />Councilmen Beratlia, <br /> <br />Councilmen None <br /> <br />Councilmen None <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES' <br /> <br />ABSENT; <br /> <br />HELEN C.
