CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 69-112__. <br />AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR DEMOLITION OF ~TRUCTURES IN <br />AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Bids for the demolition of structures on Amador Valley <br /> Community Park have been solicited and received pursuant <br /> to authorization contained in Resolution No. 69-81; and <br />WHEREAS: Said bids have been reviewed and checked for accuracy by <br /> <br /> the Department of Public Works; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The low bidder for said project was Sherman Garland, <br /> having submitted a bid of $6~ 980.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It appears appropriate and in the public interest to <br /> award said contract to the low bidder. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the contract for demolition of structures on Amador <br /> Valley Community Park is hereby awarded to Sherman <br /> Garland, of 972 - ?5th Avenue, Oakland, California, said <br /> contract price to be $6,980. <br /> <br /> 2.
