t~ITY OF PLEASANt'ON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 69 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,968.56 TO <br />ASPHALT SURPAC ING COMPANY FOR PAVING OF WALKWAYS <br />WITHIN KOTTINGER PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Work by Asphalt Surfacing Company on the paving of walk- <br /> ways within Kottinger Park has been completed in a <br /> satisfactory manner such as to warrant the payment of <br /> $8,968.56 to Asphalt Surfacing Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the payment of $8,968.56 to Asphalt Surfacing <br /> Company for the paving of Asphalt walkways within the <br /> Kottinger Park is approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
