CITY PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RIESOI.UTIOFI <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS - FAIRLANDS <br /> <br />WF~REAS: An improvement agreement is proposed between the City of <br /> PleasantOn and the Amador Valley Investors wherebY the <br /> latter would, for $20,000 from the City, improve approxi- <br /> mately 6 1/2 acres of the designated "Park Land" situa- <br /> ted upon its property. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said improvement would involve an expenditure of an <br /> additional $5,000 over the budget for said park and as <br /> such would require evaluation of the priority for improv- <br /> ing of certain of the park facilities through out the <br /> City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the improvement agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and the Amador Valley InveStors is approved <br /> in principle, and that the appropriate city officers <br /> <br /> be authorized to sign on behalf of the City said improve- <br /> ment agreement with the approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 2.
