CITY OF PLEASANTOI~ <br /> courtTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br /> FOR TRACT NO. 3083, VALLEY TRAILS, UNIT NO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Final Map and Improvement Plans for Tract No. 3083, <br /> Valley Trails, Unit No. 3S have been checked by engineer- <br /> ing staff and necessary corrections made; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The necessary inspection fees, annexation fees, bonds and <br /> signed agreements have been received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans for <br /> Tract No. 3083, Valley Trails, Unit No. 3, are approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
