CITY OF PLEASANION <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO,~ <br /> <br /> RESCINDINGRESOLUTI.ON NO. 69-121, SETTING ANNEXATION <br />NO. 59 (MACCO CORPORATION) FOR HEARING BEFORE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Annexation No. 59 has been approved by the Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The applicant, Macco Corporation, has requested that <br /> City Council hearing of the matter be postponed until <br /> Macco Corporation can prepare and present to the City <br /> Council a Master Plan for development of that portion of <br /> Annexation No. 59 under its control. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That Resolution No. 69-121, setting Annexation No. 59 fo: <br /> hearing, be rescinded, said hearing to be re-initiated <br /> when Macco Corporation has prepared a Master Plan for <br /> development of that portion of Annexation No. 59 under <br /> its control. <br /> <br /> 2.
