COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ~OLUTION NO- 69.152. <br /> <br /> ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEM~NTS ON ~ALLEY AVENUE <br /> CONSTRUCTED ADJACENT WESTERN SIERRA LUMBER COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Public Improvements as required by the City have been <br /> constructed satisfactorily in and upon Valley Avenue <br /> adjacent the Western Sierra Lumber Company such as <br /> Justify the City accepting them for routine operation <br /> and maintenance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
