WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> REgOLUTION NO~ <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FROM WESTERN SIERRA LUMBER COMPANY <br /> <br /> The City is in receipt of an executed grant deed from <br /> <br /> Western Sierra Lumber Company to the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> offering to dedicate to the City certain land for the <br /> widening of Santa Rita Road adjacent the Western Sierra <br /> Lumber Company; <br /> <br /> The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of an executed <br /> Improvement Agreement whereby Western Sierra Lumber <br /> Company agrees to constrnct certain street improvements <br /> pursuant to City specifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the offer of dedication of right of way contained <br /> in the deed dated June 20, 1969,. from Amerlican Forest <br /> Products Corporation to the City~ of Pleasanton is <br /> hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 2. That the improvement agreement between Amerlican Forest <br /> Products Corporation and the City of Pleasanton is <br /> hereby approved and the appropriate City officers <br /> authorized and directed to sign said agreement on behal~ <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> BERNARD T.
