CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 69-157 <br /> <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ANTHONY AND THEODORA SILVA WiTH RESPECT TO CONNECTION TO <br /> SEWER FACILITIES AND FUTURE ANNEXATION OF THEIR LAND TO <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Anthony Silva and Theodora Silva, whose property <br /> presently is located outside the City limits, desire:~ to <br /> make use of the City sewer system and to annex their <br /> property to the City when feasible;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: An agreement is proposed whereby connection to the City <br /> Sewer System would be allowed pending annexation of <br /> said property to the City of Pleasanton when feasible; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br /> Anthony and Theodora Silva, with respect to connection <br /> to City sewer facilities of Silva's land, and future <br /> annexation thereof to the City of Pleasanton, is approve <br /> <br /> 2. That the appropriate City officers are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to sign said agreement on behalf of the Cit <br /> of Pleasanton, and to take whatever steps are necessary <br /> to implement terms of said agreement. <br /> <br />DATED: June B0, 1969 <br /> <br />BERNARD T.
