CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />F~E$OLUTION NO. ~g-~ <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, CALL FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF TENNIS COURTS AT PLEASANTON ELEMENTARY SCNOOL,--AT FIRST <br />AND ABBIE STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> The City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Elementary <br /> School District have previously entered into an agreement <br /> whereby City would construct on school property tennis <br /> courts in return for use of said tennis courts in con- <br /> Junction with its recreation Program as enumerated in <br /> said agreement; and <br /> <br /> Funds are available for construction of said tennis <br /> courts; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications prepared in connection <br /> with the construction of tennis courts on Pleasanton <br /> Elementary School Grounds be approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
