CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, ~9-167 <br /> <br /> APPROVING PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 9 to WESTERN EMPIRE" <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN CONNECTION WITH PLEASANTON <br /> MAIN FIRE STATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Work on the Pleasanton Main Fire Station has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point where Progress Payment No. <br /> to Western Empire Construction Company is now in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That Progress Payment No. 9 to Western Empire Construc- <br /> tion Company for work on the Pleasanton Main ~ire Statio~ <br /> is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
