JOHNSON <br />RE: PUBLIC SERVIC~ EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS! The City of ?leasanton is in receipt of an offer of <br /> dedication of a public service easement from Reynolds <br /> C. Johnson; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It appears desirable and in the public interest to <br /> accept said offer of dedication. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the offer of dedication of a public service ease- <br /> ment by Reynolds C. Johnson to the City of Pleasanton <br /> dated June 13, 1969, is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
