WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> crTY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 69- <br /> <br /> APPROVING PURCHASE OF CItY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br /> PROPERTY RELATING TO BERNAL iAVENUE REALIGNMENT AND <br /> CIVIC CENTER SITE <br /> <br /> A settiement has been proposed between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and City and County of San Francisco,whereby <br /> the former would acquire from the latter those parcels <br /> of property described in the Complaint in Superior Court <br /> Action No. 385589 in return for constructing and install <br /> lng street improvements on certain of the property <br /> remaining in the City and County of San Francisco parcel <br /> such as is described in th~ proposed Stipulated Judgment <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said proposed Stipulated Judgment has been considered in <br /> detail and appears to be in furtherance of the public <br /> interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposed settlement described in the Stipulated <br /> Judgment as between the City of Pleasanton and the City <br /> and County of San Francisco be approved. <br /> <br /> 2. That the appropriate City officers be authorized and <br /> directed to take whatever steps necessary to consummate <br /> the above referred to settlement and acquire property <br /> from the City and County of San Francisco for the Bernal <br /> Avenue Realignment and Civic Center Site. <br /> <br /> BERNARD T.
