CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.-~ <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR PARK PURPOSES FROM AMADOR <br />VALLEY INVESTORS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City <br />dated June <br />park lands <br />Tracts No. <br /> <br />of Pleasanton is in receipt of a grant deed <br /> 17, 1969, from Amador Valley Investors for <br /> in connection with the Fairlands Development <br /> 30B4 and 3024; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said dedication appears consistent with the requirements <br /> of OrdinancesNo. 439 and No. 556, and with the public <br /> interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the conveyance of land above referred to from <br /> Amador Valley Investors to the City of Pleasanton be <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
