CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.i 6~-172-~B <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR PARK LANDS FROM AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS <br /> <br />W~EREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a grant deed <br />dated May 15, 1969, from Amador Valley Investors for <br />park lands in connection with the Fairlands Development <br />Tract No. 3035; and <br /> <br />Said dedication appears consistent with the requirements <br />of Ordinances No. 439 and No. 556, and with the public <br /> <br /> interest; <br />THEREFORE, BE <br /> <br /> 1. That the <br /> <br /> IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> conveyance of land above referred to from <br /> Amador Valley Investors to the City of Pleasanton be <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />2.
