CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO~.~~ <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM DONALD H. STONESON TO <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR ROADWAY AND UTILITY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a grant of ease- <br /> ment dated May 28, 1969, from Donald H. Stoneson, for <br /> roadway and utility purposes over, across and under <br /> certain strips of land in the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said grant of easement appears necessary and in the <br /> public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the grant of easement above referred to from Donald <br /> H. Stoneson to the City of Pleasanton be accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
