WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAM~'DA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO,~ <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES FROM <br />THE PLEASANTON JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a grant Of~,~ase- <br /> me~$~ dated July 9, 1969, from Pleasanton Joint School <br /> District, for the installation, operation and maintenance <br /> of a slope control and drainage easement on a parcel <br /> of land situated in the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />Said easement appears to be necessary and in the public <br />interest; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the grant of easement above referred to from the <br /> Pleasanton Joint School District for the installation, <br /> operation and maintenance of a slope control and draina <br /> easement, to the City of Pleasanton be accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
