W~{EREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAM£DA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 6q-']76 <br /> <br />APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT RE: STATE <br />HIGHWAY ROUTE 580 AT HOPYARD ROAD, IN CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />the State of California, through its Department of Public <br />Works, Division of Highways, has presented an agreement <br />entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns <br />State Highway Route 580, in the City of Pleasanton, at <br />Hopyard Road, and <br />the City Council has considered said agreement in full <br />and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton that said Freeway Maintenance Agreement be and the same <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed <br />to execute the same on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF JULY ~, 19 69. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> <br /> regular meeting thereof held on July 28, 1969. <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILLIAM,A.
