AND V. <br /> BUILDERS <br /> <br /> D. and V. Builders has previously filed application for <br /> amendment to the zoning ordinance and proceeded with <br /> development plans consistent with the provisions of <br /> Ordinance No. 520, relating to Planned Unit Development; <br /> and <br /> <br /> The Preliminary Development Plans submitted by D. and V. <br /> Builders were approved by the City Council by Resolution <br /> No. 69-61; and <br /> <br /> D. and V. Builders has submitted to and had approved by <br /> the Planning Commission its Final Development Plans by <br /> Planning Commission Resolution No. 924; and <br /> <br /> Said Final Development Blans were, following Planning <br /> Commission approval, transmitted to the City Council for <br /> consideration; and <br /> <br />The City Council has considered evidence both oral and <br />~documentary with respect to said Final Development Plans <br />and~feels that the homes proposed in said plans are con- <br />sistent with the desire on the part of the City Council <br />to provide housing for lower income groups than are <br />presently being provided for and, further, that said <br />homes are well designed and compatible with existing <br />housing within the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br /> It appears that the Final Development Plans submitted by <br /> the applicant, D. and V. Builders, are consistent with the <br /> obJect~ves ~nd purposes of Ordinance 520 (Zoning Ordinanc~ <br /> and specifically of Article 13 thereof, relating to <br /> <br /> <br />
