CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-184 <br />PROGRESS PAYMENT NO. 10, WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY FOR PLEASANTON MAIN FIRE STATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> Work on the Main Fire Station has progressed satisfactor. <br /> ily to a point at which Progress Payment No. 10, in the <br /> amount of $34,163.82, to Western Empire Construction <br /> Company is warranted. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
