WHEREAS: <br /> <br />~HEREAS: <br /> <br />~OW, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6~-185__ <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRAGT #2837, GARDEN COURT HOMES <br /> <br /> The Final Map and Improvement Plans for Tract No. 2837, <br /> Garden Court Home~ have been checked by the engineering <br /> staff and necessary corrections made; and <br /> The required inspection fees, annexation fees, bonds and <br /> signed agreements have been received by the City. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans for <br /> Tract No. 2837 (Garden Court Homes), as corrected by the <br /> engineering staff, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
