WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 69-188_ <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALL FOR <br /> BIDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AMADOR VALLEY COM/~NIT~ <br /> PARK CONSISTENT WITH FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING <br /> AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT GRANTS OSC-301 and 0SD-380 <br /> <br /> Plans and specifications prepared by RoystOn, Hanamoto, <br /> Beck and Abey, architects, and dated August l, 1969, for <br /> the first phase of Amador Valley Community Park are <br /> complete and have been reviewed by the Director of Publi <br /> Works; and <br /> <br /> Said plans and specifications appear to be in order and <br /> consistent with previously developed plans for develop- <br /> ment of said park; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications prepared by Royston, <br /> Hanamoto, Beck and Abey, Architects, and dated August l, <br /> 1969, for development of Amador Valley Community Park <br /> consistent with Federal Department of Housing and Urban <br /> Development Grants OSC-301 and 0SD-380 are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
