WATER PROJECT WORK <br /> <br /> Stop notices have been signed against James Engineering <br /> Company ~F~s~b¥c~mtractors for work done on the H.U.D. <br /> water project; and <br /> <br />City has been recently notified in writing by a represen- <br />tire of several of the sub-contractors that had filed <br />stop notices that the claims represented by said stop <br />notices have been satisfied and that reIease of amounts <br />of money to James Engineering Company, corresponding to <br />the amounts of money which had been withheld by City, <br />was appropriate. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That there be released to James Engineering Company in <br /> connection with H.U.D. Water Project work $6,174.56, a <br /> portion of the amount which had been withheld by City <br /> because of stop notices. <br /> <br />2.
