WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO- <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR UNIT <br /> TRACT NO. 2831 (HIGHLAND OAKS) <br /> <br /> The construction of required public improvements in Unit <br /> No. 4, of Tract No. 2831 (Highland Oaks), have been con- <br /> structed, a cash bond in the amount of $120.00 posted <br /> to guarantee completion of street tree planting and a <br /> maintenance bond filed in connection with the public <br /> improvements; and <br /> <br /> ~he Department of Public Works recommends acceptance of <br /> said public improvements. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~aA~O~WS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the required public improvements for Unit 4, Tract <br /> No. 2831, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> 2.
