CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO-6q-lqP <br /> <br /> RE: AUTHORIZATION TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX TO <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROXIMATELY 25 ACRES OF <br /> LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE CITY LIMITS. <br /> <br /> · he_~Cl~y of Pleasanton is in receipt of a petition from <br /> California-Hawaiian Mobile Estates, Incorporated, holder~ <br /> of an option to purchase, and from the Remillard Brick <br /> Company, the owner, dated August l, 1969, seeking annexa- <br /> tion to the City of Pleasanton of a parcel of land there- <br /> in described; and <br /> <br />Said petition was considered by the City Council at its <br />meeting August 18, 1969; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
