CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO-69-193 <br />APPROVAL TO RE-ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TENNIS COURTS <br />AT PLEASANTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br /> <br />WHEREAS: A notice for bids had been published previously inviting <br /> <br /> bids for construction of tennis courts for Pleasanton <br /> Elementary School and for which no bids were receiYed; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Revisions in the specifications for said construction <br /> were made by the Department of Public Works and Director <br /> of Recreation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works recommends re-advertising <br /> for bids for said construction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications for tennis courts on <br /> Pleasanton Elementary School are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
