WHEREAS: <br /> <br />~HEREAS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF At~AMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER BY GEORGE OAKES, REPRESENTING <br />ROUSSEAU HONES, TO INSTALL TWO TENNIS C0~RTS IN THE <br />FAIRLANDS DEVELOPMENT AT THE LOCATION SHOWN ON THE <br />GENERAL PLAN FOR FAIRLANDS PARK AS APPROVED BY THE <br />CITY STAFF <br /> <br />George 0akes, representing Rousseau Home~ has offered to <br />install two tennis courts in the location shown on the <br />General Plan for Fairlands Park, consistent with the <br />plans and specifications prepared by the City of Pleasan- <br />ton in the Fairlands Development; and <br /> <br />In return for said installation of two full sized, doUbl( <br />tennis courts, City would be required to reimburse <br />Rousseau Homes in the amount of $7,500.00 no later than <br /> <br /> the 1971-72 fiscal year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the offer of Rousseau Homes to install in the <br /> <br /> Fairlands Development,at the location shown on the <br /> general plan as approved by the City staff for Fairlands <br /> park, two full sized double tennis courts, pursuant to <br /> plans and specifications prepared by the City of Pleasan- <br /> ton, is accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City of Pleasanton agrees to reimburse Rousseau <br /> Homes in the amount of Seventy-Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($7,500.00), without interest, no later than the expira- <br /> tion of the 1971-72 fiscal year for installation of said <br /> tennis courts. <br /> <br />B. That the appropriate City officers are hereby authorized <br /> to take whatever~steps necessary to implement said <br /> <br /> <br />
