CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />iWHEREAS' <br /> <br /> R£SOLUTION NO. 69-)oo <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The City customarily enters into a freeway~aaintenar~ <br /> agreement with the State of California with respect to <br /> State HighWays within the City limits; and <br /> An agreement has been proposed which takes into account <br /> the addition of certain freeways to the incorporated <br /> area of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said agreement is in substance the same as previous <br /> agreements which had been entered into between the City <br /> and State; <br /> <br />NOW, TNEREFORE, BE ITi RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the freeway maintenance agreement proposed by the <br /> State and recommended b~ the Director of Public Works <br /> be accepted;and appr*ved. <br /> <br /> 2.
