CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-270: <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH P.G. AND E. IN CONNECTION <br />WITH UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 69-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS'. <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> Underground Utility District No. 69-1, having been formed <br /> it is now appropriate to enter an agreement with P.G. and <br /> E. Company to implement undergrounding throughout said <br /> district. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the proposed agreement between P.G. and E. Company <br /> and the City of Pleasanton with respect to undergrounding <br /> utilities in Underground Utility District No. 69-1 is <br /> approved, and the appropriate City officers authorized <br /> and dlrecte~.~$o execute same. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />November 17, 1969 <br /> <br />BERNARD T.
