WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> CiTY 0F PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO~69-268 <br /> APPROVAL OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TENTATIVE <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN SUBMITTED BY STONESON DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION. <br /> <br />The Tentative Development Plan submitted by Stoneson <br />Development Corporation, involving the construction of <br />town houses within the City of Pleasanton was considered <br />and approved by the Planning Commission pursuant to <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />Said Tentative Development Plan was considered in detail <br />by the City Council and evidence both oral and documentar <br />submitted indicating that the addibion of the types and <br />numbers of dwellings contemplated in the Tentative Devel- <br />opment Plan to the over all development would not <br />increase the density of the over all development to a <br />figure greater than 4.7 per acre; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
