AGREEMENT FOR STORM <br /> PUMP ON ARROYO MOCHO <br /> <br />~HEREAS: The City of Pleasanton has taken over from Amador Valley <br /> Investors two storm pumps located on the Arroyo Mocho <br /> Canal, thus necessitating the making of arrangements for <br /> electrical service of said pumps with Pacific Gas and <br /> Electric Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appropriate City officers be authorized and <br /> directed to execute on behalf of the City of Pleasanton <br /> two electric servl~e~ agreements between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, relating <br /> to the provision of electrical service to two storm pumps <br /> on the Arroyo Mocho Canal, said storm pumps being more <br /> specifically described as RR/Lt. 88 Arroyo Mocho Canal <br /> Storm Pump and RR/Lt. lB Arroyo Mocho Storm Pump. <br /> <br />DATED: November 10, 1969 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />wILLIAM A.
