CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO- 69-265 <br /> <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO FILE APPLICATION FOR DETACHMENT OF <br /> TERRITORY WITHIN ANNEXATIONS 5B and 56 FROM THE VALLEY <br /> COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, In order to resolve any doubts concerning the Jurisdictio <br /> of the Local Agency Formation Commission to further hear <br /> and consider and make disposition of the previously ap- <br /> plied for Detachment NO. 68-1 from the Valley Community <br /> Services District of the territory within the previously <br /> approved and implemented Annexations 5B and 56 to the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appropriate City officers are hereby authorized <br /> and directed to file with the Local Agency Formation Com- <br /> mission of Alameda County and on behalf of the City of <br /> Pleasanton an application to detach from the Valley <br /> Community Services District all of that territory include <br /> within the previously approved AnneXations 5B and 56 to <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />DATED: November 3, 1969 <br />ATTEST: BERNARD T.
